Dawn and Bobby Sayre are the owners of Brewbaker's Restaurant and they invite you to enjoy some great food and drinks at their place in Winchester, Virginia. The idea of our own restaurant has appealed to both of us for a long time. Bobby has almost 20 years experience cooking, bartending, managing, as well as opening restaurants on the east coast from New York to Florida. Dawn is a Winchester native and has worked in area restaurants for over 10 years as a server, bartender and manager. We met on a blind date in her restaurant in Winchester while I was opening a new chain restaurant in town. Our lives became entangled and just kept getting better. We married, moved away (to take over another chain restaurant) and kept in touch with Winchester. The cards fell in all the right places and we were able to come back to Winchester and open our own restaurant - Brewbaker's Restaurant. We have been able to succeed with the help of our families, friends, and most of all our staff. Everyone has one goal in mind while working here - "To make you happy!!!!" That's it, plain and simple, no outrageous mission statement, company growth plans, three tier progressive sales programs, just straight forward honest in your face truth "to make you happy." If we do please come back, if we don't please tell us how to make you happy and we will.
